Eric is our owner and operator, as well as the senior technician. He comes with years of experience in the furniture industry and dealing with the manufacturers as well as some of the major warranty companies. He knows all the ins, outs, and has knowledge of majority of the brands that are available to the public today. He also has extensive backgrounds in woodworking, business management, retail and customer service.
